First of all, I listen. When I understand what is required, I rephrase to confirm. I then try to propose a new direction or image matching the actual need, possibly adding a personal touch.

My first job was as a ballet dancer, so I like aesthetics.

I then trained as a translator in 1990, and never stopped translating since, so I'm proficient with words too.
